About Advising
One of the best ways to learn about something you're interested in is to ask someone who has experience in your interest. We've made it easy for students to schedule meetings with experienced students who have the answers to whatever question they have.

As students ourselves, we recognize that conversing with people who are going through the same stages of life as us can often provide much more relatable insights than what we might get out of a typical meeting with a school counselor. We're confident that connecting students together and facilitating an exchange of experiences with one-another
could help answer some of your burning questions.

As this program develops, we plan to include more ways for undergraduates and graduate students to get involved with helping each other out in the future.
How It Works
Once you fill out the availability form, we pair you with a student who might be the best-suited to answering your question, determined by the questionnaire contained within the form. By helping us narrow down the type of conversation you're looking for, we can make better decisions on how to best answer your question. It's that easy!
Advisors, once accepted into the program, will be notified through email about a student they've been paired with and the type of question being asked (for example, if a student asks about pursuing research versus a question about college admissions). It will then be up to the advisor to assist the asking student with whatever discussion follows. This is a fairly low-commitment role that only necessitates an occasional discussion with another student online through Zoom.
All students of all backgrounds have valuable experiences that can serve, teach, and aid another student who needs advice. Fill out the forms above to participate today!
